The Training and Placement Cell facilitates the process of training and placement of students on campus, besides collaborating with leading organisations and MNCs. The cell liaises with various different industrial establishments, corporate houses, etc., which conduct campus interviews for the students.

Our endeavour is to keep the needs of the industry in perspective and, in turn, make the learning more interactive and applicable in life for development. HU has been continuously successful in adding more and more companies to its list of its recruiters in the last few years. The corporate cell at HU tries to bridge the gap between analytical and functional skills by providing the best opportunities to the students. Our students are ready to undertake any challenge right from the first day of their professional lives. The continuous efforts of our team have built fruitful and long-lasting relationships with various companies and organizations. The T&P Cell of HU strives to convert every student into a 100% employable asset as per their area of interest as professionals while they are pursuing their education with us and endeavours to accomplish the concept of "one person with multiple job opportunities” as per his or her calibre". We also focused on government jobs and entrepreneurship.

The placement cell maintains regular interaction with the corporate houses through orientation programmes, guest lectures, industrial visits, corporate get-togethers, industry expert talks, industrial exposure, alumni interaction, etc. Training and Placement helps students by counselling them to choose an appropriate career depending on their aptitude and interest. The centre also takes on the responsibility of conducting events like MDP's, personality development programmes for students, conferences and seminars, education and career fairs, etc.
